Cold rolled ribbed steel bar production line

Core application of cold-rolled ribbed steel bar production line
Precast Concrete Components
Welded Steel Mesh: This is the largest application for cold-rolled ribbed steel bars. Steel bars produced on the production line are fed into a steel mesh welder and welded into mesh materials of various specifications.
Widely used in:
Floor Slabs and Flooring: It is used as a reinforcement layer for cast-in-place concrete floor slabs and floors in large factories, warehouses, supermarkets, logistics centers, and stadiums, effectively preventing cracking.
Highways, Bridges, and Tunnels: It is used in bridge deck pavement, concrete pavements, tunnel linings, and other applications to enhance compressive and crack resistance.
Concrete Piles: Serves as the non-prestressed skeletal reinforcement within prestressed concrete piles.
Truss Deck: Cold-rolled ribbed steel bars are a key material for the production of reinforced trusses. These trusses are connected with corrugated steel sheets to form floor decks, widely used in floor systems for multi-story and high-rise buildings. They offer fast construction and excellent integrity.
Other Prefabricated Components: These include cement pipes, reinforced concrete gutters, decking, and prefabricated wall panels.

In addition to building structures, its applications extend to related fields:
Agricultural greenhouse frames: Serves as arches and tie rods for greenhouses, offering high strength, rust resistance, and a long service life.
Furniture manufacturing: Used as the frame or support structure for certain metal furniture.
Daily hardware: Can be used to make shelves, fences, and guardrails.
